The package includes one pair of comfortable Heel Cups and an extra pair of Metatarsal Pads. Our heel cups are highly recommended for individuals suffering from plantar fasciitis, heel pain, heel spurs, Achilles tendonitis, and a variety of other heel-related issues. With these inserts, you can immediately relieve the pressure and experience a more comfortable walking experience.

Our Achilles Tendonitis Shoe Insert features an ergonomic design that provides a curve fit, ensuring your feet don't get tired. The deep U-shaped heel support with a low arch not only relieves heel pain but also supports the arch, reducing overall pressure. The heel shoe inserts are 3/4 length, allowing more room in the toe box, and they fit most shoes without the need for trimming. However, they are not suitable for low-top or narrow shoes.

The heel cushions are made of bouncy PU foam and gel material with a sweat-wicking, anti-slip velvet fabric top layer. They fit comfortably in shoes and offer a soft, relaxing wear experience. The bottom features a round PORON material (made in the USA) that provides all-day shock absorption and cushioning, allowing you to walk almost pain-free. After a 50-degree anti-skid test, the bottom gel anti-skid strip is designed to increase friction and prevent deviation and movement.

We have chosen to use Poron material on the bottom of these heel inserts because it is a well-known trademark in the foam plastics industry, known for its high density, fine, and uniform set. This material is widely used in medical equipment and buffer shoes, and its cushioning capabilities surpass most other materials.
